tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.\nPerform and adhere to all guests check in /out policies and procedures\nEnsuring all end of day tasks are completed\nPerform and complete all reporting, cash handling and finance related task as per operational requirements\nInvestigate, resolve and report issues found on accounts\nIn the absence of the night manager support the team and hotel as per operational requirements\nPerform other duties as and when operationally required\nRequirements:\nGrade 12\nHospitality Qualification preferred\nAt least 2 years’ experience working in a 4 / 5* hospitality environment within a similar role\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera essential\nWell-groomed and professional disposition\nPositive and friendly attitude\nConfident and calm demeanour\nExcellent telephone and email etiquette\nStrong organizing and planning skills\nSound financial acumen\nAbility to multitask and work within a fast paced pressurized and team orientated environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong work ethic\nStrong attention to detail and efficiency pertaining to area of responsibility\nAbility to work without supervision and show initiative.\nFlexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, evenings and as per operational requirements\nExcellent English language
