Requirements:South African citizen residing in Cape Town.\nMatric / Grade 12 qualification.\nHospitality qualification preferred.\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment.\nFluent in English, with excellent communication and telephone etiquette.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Opera essential.\nSound financial acumen and experience in financial reconciliation and reporting.\nWell-presented, professional and guest-focused approach.\nStrong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.\nCalm, confident and positive demeanour, with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently, demonstrate initiative and perform under pressure.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.\nFlexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public
