cash reimbursement and driver claims\nPrepare and verify daily revenue schedules\nUpdate monthly KPI reports\nComplete customer reports as needed\nDaily capturing of km’s, Fuel and Fuel consumption report.\nDaily invoicing\nBatching and submitting of reports to head office\nAssist in other Operations duties when required.\nShould be flexible and should be assist other contracts from time to time.\nMaintain stock levels and purchase supplies as required and as prescribed\nManaging the staff PPE on site\nReport any non-conformances.\nRequirements:\nMatric and computer literacy in MS Office packages (MS Word and Excel).\nThe ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.\nGood communication skills both verbal and in writing, be able to communicate to all levels\nGood arithmetic ability\nGood administrative, filling, capturing and organizational skills.\nGood knowledge of payroll administration.\nCode 8 Drivers License\nSound human relations and interpersonal skills.\nGood
