governance.\n\nAssist with achieving facility objectives, targets and operational plans.\n\nProvide in-put into business continuity plan.\n\nPrepare for internal and external audits (ISO, SHERQ, DEL, Customers).\n\nIdentify and manage continuous improvement projects.\n\nParticipate in the review of business and SHE risk assessments with action plans.\n\nEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nGrade 12 / Matric.\n\nA degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.\n\nProven work experience as an Operations Manager, or similar role.\n\nMinimum three years’ Chemical Industry related experience will be advantageous.\n\nKnowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.\n\nExperience with budgeting and forecasting.\n\nFamiliarity with business and financial principles.\n\nExperience in Inventory Management.\n\nExperience in Staff Management.\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nLeadership ability.\n\nUnderstanding of Syspro and Pastel Accounting programmes will be advantageous.\n\nValid, unendorsed Driver’s License (Code 08).\n\nSkills:\nManagement Experience (Operations / Staff / General / Divisional)\n\nMS Office (E-Mail, Word, Excel,
