incident investigations, and corrective actions\nOversee preventative and planned maintenance programs for plant equipment, cranes, lifting machinery, and company facilities\nManage the company vehicle fleet, transport operations, and associated costs while ensuring full compliance with road traffic and transport regulations\nLead the recruitment, development, training, performance management, and discipline of operational staff\nDevelop skills matrices and succession plans to support workforce development and operational continuity\nManage expatriate workforce administration, including work permits, contracts, accommodation arrangements, employee welfare, and repatriation processes\nPrepare, monitor, and control operational budgets to ensure cost-effective resource utilization\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability\nEnsure effective utilization of ArmaPlus and Syspro systems for operational planning, reporting, and performance management\nCollaborate closely with senior leadership to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic
