certificates.\nManage UIF and other statutory registrations, amendments and obligations.\nHandle COIDA and Compensation Fund matters for clients.\nProvide payroll advice and support to clients.\n Internal HR:Manage the complete HR function for internal staff.\nDraft employment contracts and administer and maintain employee records.\nDevelop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.\nManage recruitment, onboarding and termination processes.\nSupport management with staff-related matters.\nHandle disciplinary processes, grievances and other labour-relations matters.\nEnsure compliance with applicable labour legislation.\nPromote positive employee relations and support staff
