pizza preparation, topping and presentation standards.\nEnsure consistent bases, bake quality and finished presentation.\nMaintain portion controls and minimise ingredient wastage.\n\nWood-Fired Oven & Service:\n\nManage the oven fire, heat distribution and temperature throughout service.\nCoordinate pizza preparation and baking to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.\nMaintain consistent quality and speed during high-volume service.\nWork closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.\n\nTeam Leadership & Station Management:\n\nTrain and lead the pizza station team.\nCoach staff on dough handling, stretching, topping, baking and presentation.\nEnsure the station is stocked, organised and ready before service.\nMaintain clean equipment and work areas, following food hygiene and fire-safety procedures.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience as a Wood-Fired Pizza Chef.\nStrong practical knowledge of wood-fired ovens, including fire and heat management.\nThorough understanding of dough recipes, fermentation, proofing and consistency.\nAbility to develop and maintain pizza standards, bake quality and presentation.\nExperience training and leading a pizza station team.\nAbility to deliver consistent quality and speed in a high-volume restaurant.\nGood understanding of portion control, stock rotation and waste management.\nStrong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.\nA reliable, hands-on approach and attention to detail.\nWillingness to work evenings, weekends and public
