ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy & Management\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, project requirements, budgets and delivery schedules.\nOversee end-to-end procurement activities for mining operations, EPCM projects, engineering packages and construction activities.\nIdentify suitable suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure competitive pricing, quality and reliable delivery.\nEstablish procurement plans, sourcing strategies and purchasing schedules in line with project execution requirements.\nEnsure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with approved budgets, delegated authorities and company policies.\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimisation, improved purchasing efficiency and value engineering.\nMonitor market conditions, supplier capabilities and industry trends to support effective procurement decisions.\nEnsure procurement activities are aligned with project schedules to conditions to ensure they align with project requirements and minimise business exposure.\nAdminister contracts relating to engineering services, construction, equipment supply, materials, maintenance and specialist contractors.\nMonitor contractor and supplier performance against contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones and service-level agreements.\nManage contract variations, extensions, amendments, claims and change orders in accordance with contractual provisions.\nIdentify contractual risks and work with legal, commercial and project teams to develop appropriate
