Qualifications:
  • Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Product Owner, Business Analysis, or Project Management certification advantageous
Requirements:
  • Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Software Delivery
  • Experience managing product backlogs and user stories
  • Strong requirements gathering and specification writing skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and Azure DevOps
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience advantageous
KPAs:
  • Own product features from concept through to production
  • Gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Manage backlogs, priorities, and sprint activities
  • Coordinate development teams and delivery activities
  • Conduct QA reviews and provide release sign off
  • Liaise with clients, users, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
