Programme Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects within the programme
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Engage with stakeholders and executive management
- Identify and mitigate programme risks
- Drive governance, reporting, and strategic alignment
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
- PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications advantageous
Experience:
- 5-10+ years of programme or project management experience
- Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Skills:
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Budget and risk management
- Strategic planning and execution
- Leadership and communication skills
- Programme governance and reporting
