Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification or progress towards one will be advantageous.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Project Accounting, Management Accounting, or Financial Accounting role.
Experience within mining, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or heavy industry environments is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of capital projects, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
