documentation.\nMaintain CAR/CAP records and follow up on outstanding corrective actions.\nAssist with reporting relating to international principals, including royalty payments and export/customs documentation\nwhere required.\nIdentify and escalate sourcing risks, delays and outstanding actions.\nPrepare sourcing reports, presentations and management updates.\nAdministration & Coordination\nCoordinate meetings with internal stakeholders, suppliers, vendors and other relevant parties.\nPrepare meeting agendas, documentation and supporting information where required.\nTake and distribute meeting minutes and maintain action trackers.\nMaintain accurate and organised sourcing and project files.\nMinimum and important requirements\nGrade 12 / Matric.\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration,\nCommerce, Logistics or a related field.\n3-5 years' relevant experience in project coordination, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, business operations or a\nsimilar role.\nExperience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas and reporting.\nStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and
