You will work closely with our internal Project Managers to track milestones, facilitate communication across departments, and ensure that our deliverables meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.\nResponsibilities\n\nProject Tracking: Assist in maintaining project schedules, Gantt charts, and task lists.\nDocumentation: Organize and maintain project files, meeting minutes, and status reports.\nMeeting Coordination: Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to keep momentum high.\nResource Support: Help monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure we are operating efficiently.\nProcess Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our current workflow and suggest creative solutions to streamline operations.\nMinimum Requirements\nSouth African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.\nMust not have participated on the YES programme before.\nMatric.\nRecent Grad: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, Project Management or a related field.\nOrganized: You have a skill for keeping calendars, files, and people in order.\nCommunication: Strong written and verbal skills-you can explain a \"delay\" without causing a panic.\nTech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365. You’re comfortable picking up new tools and software quickly.\nAdaptability and Curiosity: You can pivot quickly when project scopes change (and they always do).
