qualification\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in a Project or Engineering role within automotive or steel manufacturing\nPress, Weld, or Tooling environment experience advantageous\nTechnical Requirements\nProven experience in engineering project management within a manufacturing environment\nStrong understanding of steel manufacturing, press operations, and production processes\nAbility to manage equipment installation, line modifications, and process industrialisation\nExperience with project planning, scheduling, and cost control\nStrong engineering fundamentals and technical problem-solving ability\nExperience with quality systems and compliance requirements\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHS standards\nStrong safety awareness and risk assessment capability\nProficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills\nAbility to manage contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders\nCompetency Requirements\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent planning, organisational, and coordination abilities\nAnalytical and structured problem-solving approach\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nResults-driven with strong accountability\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently and in teams\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and execute engineering and capital projects from concept to commissioning\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources\nSupport industrialisation of new products, tooling, and processes\nCoordinate equipment installation, line modifications, and process upgrades\nEnsure projects comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards\nConduct risk assessments and ensure safe project execution\nMonitor project progress and report status to management\nLiaise with production, maintenance, quality, suppliers, and contractors\nResolve technical issues and implement corrective actions\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives linked to engineering projects\nEnsure proper documentation,
