You will be the technical single point of contact, ensuring the technical solution is sound, documentation is accurate, costs are monitored, and compliance requirements are met.\nResponsibilities include developing cost estimates, producing designs, and optimising warehouse layouts. You will also act as a key liaison between the Senior Project Engineer, group subsidiaries, and the Work Preparation team to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery.\nTasks and responsibilities\nEngineering & Realisation\nReview technical documentation (internal/external) and identify missing information.Clarify requirements, make sound assumptions, and propose the best technical solution.\nProduce the required technical documents and calculations to justify the solution.\nCoordinate and follow up with engineering contributors to ensure quality, timing, and consistency of deliverables.\nAttend technical meetings, site inspections, and on-site work when needed.\nSupport internal stakeholders before and during execution to ensure robust implementation.\nManage sourcing of external vendors (material, installation, etc.) in line with the project budget.\nTrack project costs and report deviations (+/-).\nEnsure compliance with local laws and applicable guidelines.\nVerification & Approval\nAlign with the Functional Manager to obtain conceptual approval of the technical solution.\nEnsure all technical documents follow the correct approval flow according to engineering guidelines.\nVerify/approve documents within your authorized scope and competence level.\nAdministration & Knowledge\nEnsure project information and documentation are properly stored.\nRegister working hours and project costs on a regular basis.\nShare technical knowledge, participate in trainings, and continuously develop your skills\nWanted experience & Qualifications\nEngineering degree (mechanical, electromechanical, industrial engineering or equivalent).\nExperience in project engineering / industrial projects / execution environments.\nStrong ability to analyze technical documentation, structure assumptions, and produce calculations.\nDetail-oriented, hands-on mindset, ownership, and clear communication with internal teams and suppliers.\nProfessional English required (French and/or Dutch is a plus depending on scope).\nWillingness to travel occasionally for site activities.\nWhat do we offer you?\nConcrete, visible technical projects with a real on-site dimension.\nAutonomy, accountability, and direct interaction with engineering, operations, and vendors.\nAn international, fast-growing environment investing in people and development\nGeneral:\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
