To facilitate the delivery, engage, assign and manage resources associated with the project delivery.\nKey performance objectives\nBuild and maintain healthy relationships with core business customers assigned to the portfolio, thereby ensuring ongoing business\nEfficiently project manage all assigned projects from start to end to ensure quality delivery within the agreed timelines\nEnsure that learning facilitation takes place and that all requirements are in place to manage effective delivery\nEnsure that all learner’s evidence portfolios are completed on time to the appropriate quality standard\nAll learners’ portfolios are assessed on time and meet the unit standard requirements in order to ensure certification. Ensuring that project coordinators contact learners on a regular basis and follow up on their commitments\nResponsibilities:\nClient Liaison:\nCustomers are satisfied with the project roll-out and delivery. Measure customer satisfaction during and post the project.\nHold monthly status meetings with clients and deliver a monthly status report to the clients and Ops Manager.\nIdentify possible project risks, communicate, and manage risk proactively, to ensure that the project is not derailed.\nIdentify possible up sell opportunities and liaise with the sales team to trigger cross and up-sell.\nCommunicate with learners regularly to keep them informed of client expectations and to address possible concerns. Keep the client informed of issues.\nUnderstand the client’s expectation in terms of delivery from the learners, track performance and communicate progress to the client. Manage any issues or concerns.\nProject Management:\nProject Planning, Implementation and Control\nFormulate project plans and involve the necessary role players. Ensure effective resource allocation\nEnsure roll-out plan & learning program timetables are implemented according to schedule. Any authorized changes are made and communicated to all stakeholders involved\nEnsure that logistical requirements of the project are met\nAnticipate and recognize problems, assess alternatives and recommend solutions\nManage engagement performance versus work plan and budget in areas of responsibility\nReport on project status and progress to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis\nEnsure that project files are maintained according to set standards and that the files contain project checklists which are to be updated real time as delivery occurs\nProject Closure and Evaluation\nPrepare close-out report and conduct close-out meetings with clients which should include debriefing in order to ensure continuous improvement.\nEnsure that project documents are filed, cleaned up and archived, either physically or electronically.\nLearning facilitation:\nTraining Administration\nEnsure that:\nTraining and learner materials loaded on the portal are checked a week before training starts\nFacilitator packs are prepared\nFlights, accommodation, car hire & venues are booked\nFacilitation\nEnsure that:\nFacilitators are prepared for and facilitate learning program as stipulated in Project Schedules\nEnsure that quality standards are met and that the relevant policies and processes are adhered to\nManage the classroom and facilities professionally at all times\nProtect company's intellectual and physical property and assets\nEvidence Gathering & POE Administration:\nEnsure that:\nLearner PoE’s is created and kept up to date, if done manually\nLearner evidence is assessed according to the schedule\nReceipt and dispatch of learner PoE’s are tracked, if done manually\nEnsure that evidence collection takes place within the agreed timelines\nAssessment:\nEnsure that:\nAssessments will be carried out as and when necessary, in the correct manner and format as required by the company and Seta ETQA standards, policies and procedures\nAssessments will be completed within the specified timeframes given by management\nFeedback is given to learners as per ETQA requirements\nModeration\nIf the Project Manager is an assessor or moderator, then he/she will be expected to perform moderation duties from time to time, in line with the company and Seta ETQA standards, policies and procedures\nSkills, Experience and General
