This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:\nProject Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including scope,timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.\nManage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones.\nCoordinate and manage project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.\n\nClient Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.\nGather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.\nProvide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.\n\nRisk Management:Identify and assess project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.\nProactively address project challenges and ensure timely resolution.\n\nSoftware Implementation:Oversee the implementation of ERP, CRM, and other business management solutions.\nEnsure seamless integration of software solutions with client systems.\nCoordinate and manage software testing and user training.\n\n Project Monitoring and Control:Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to project budgets.\nManage project changes and ensure proper documentation.\nConduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.\nProvenexperience in project management, preferably in software implementationor IT consulting.\nStrong understanding of ERP and CRM systems.\nExcellent client management and communication skills.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).\nExperience
