This opportunity is ideal for a young engineer with a passion for both technical sales and project engineering who is looking to develop their career within the water treatment sector.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting projects from initial design and costing through to commissioning while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare basic water treatment system designs and process layouts.\n\nCompile project costings, quotations, and technical proposals.\n\nManage customer relationships and provide technical sales support.\n\nPrepare and submit tender documentation.\n\nDevelop detailed water treatment process designs and equipment specifications.\n\nProvide engineering support to customers and business partners.\n\nAssist with project planning, scheduling, and control philosophies.\n\nParticipate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and quality control activities.\n\nSupport the commissioning of water treatment systems.\n\nProvide after-sales technical support and customer assistance.\n\nWork closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nBTech, BSc Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical), or a relevant engineering qualification.\n\n1-2 years' experience within the water treatment industry.\n\nExposure to both technical sales and project engineering.\n\nSound understanding of water treatment technologies and processes.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong planning, organisational, and time management abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\n\nValid driver's licence will be advantageous.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive and solutions-driven engineer who enjoys working with clients while applying technical knowledge to deliver practical engineering solutions.
