dynamic property investment and development organisation is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Property Analyst to join its Growth & Acquisitions team.\nThis role is ideal for a developments, and property disposals.\nKey Responsibilities\nAcquisitions & Investment Analysis\nSource and evaluate new property acquisition opportunities through established agent and broker networks.\n\nConduct market research, including rental and capitalisation rate analysis.\n\nPerform financial feasibility assessments and investment evaluations.\n\nPrepare and present acquisition opportunities for internal approval.\n\nManage the offer process and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate and conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations.\n\nCompile detailed due diligence reports and recommendations.\n\nAssist with finance application requirements and stakeholder communication.\n\nProperty Development Analysis\nEvaluate potential development opportunities within existing and new land holdings.\n\nPrepare financial feasibility studies for development projects.\n\nCollaborate with development teams, consultants, and industry professionals.\n\nAssist with development planning, budgeting, and timeline management.\n\nMonitor project costs against approved budgets.\n\nSupport leasing and marketing initiatives for completed developments.\n\nPrepare rental proposals and liaise with leasing agents.\n\nAttend site meetings when required to monitor project progress and quality.\n\nPresent development opportunities and recommendations to management.\n\nProperty Sales & Disposals\nAssist with the preparation of sales analyses and property sales strategies.\n\nCoordinate with agents to market identified properties.\n\nCompile professional sales packs and supporting documentation.\n\nTrack sales progress and maintain accurate reporting.\n\nFacilitate purchaser due diligence requirements and information requests.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with property agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders.\n\nAssist with tender submissions and special projects when required.\n\nConduct ad hoc market research and property-related analysis.\n\nMaintain accurate reporting on acquisitions, developments, and sales activities.\n\nRequirements\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Property Studies, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in property analysis, acquisitions, property development, investment analysis, commercial property, or a similar role.\n\nStrong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nUnderstanding of property markets, investment metrics, and development processes.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.\n\nKey Success Indicators\nIdentification and evaluation of quality acquisition opportunities.\n\nGrowth of property assets in line with strategic targets.\n\nSuccessful analysis and execution of development opportunities.\n\nEffective management of project costs and timelines.\n\nTimely disposal and marketing of identified sale
