As a test analyst, you will be required to assess the functionality and feasibility of computer hardware and software to ensure that any flaws in the system are eradicated to provide product excellence prior to sales. To be successful as a test analyst you should have a passion for detecting and solving problems and an eagle-eye for detail along with the ability to see the overall picture. An excellent test analyst has in-depth knowledge of software development, superb analytical skills, and an above-average ability to foresee technical problems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduct Identification & Test Definition: Select products for review and define appropriate tests with relevant data.\nTest Data Management: Document test results to track flaws through test cycles.\nCollaboration & Communication: Liaise with developers and analysts, participate in design/specification reviews, and coordinate with the validation team.\nTesting & Reporting: Execute diagnostic and system testing, and present findings to stakeholders.\nOptimization: Identify and eliminate redundant functions and components.\nKnowledge Enhancement: Improve business application understanding and user needs awareness.\nStandards Adherence: Understand and implement industry standards and protocols.\nMinimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred).\nExperience:Minimum 2 years of test analysis experience.\nProven experience with computer software and coding.\nExperience with test automation, test techniques, and programming.\nExperience testing web front end and back end systems.\n\n Technical Skills:Knowledge of software development.\nExcellent analytical and diagnostic skills.\nProficiency in SQL (basic understanding).\nFamiliarity with test and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, Postman, JIRA).\n\n Soft Skills:Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail.\nAbility to write clear and articulate technical reports.\nAbility to define testable user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.\nProject management skills and teamwork experience (Agile/Scrum).\nAbility
