rejected workflows\nProduce weekly and monthly document-control status reports\nSupport internal and external quality audits\nCompile and index final project handover dossiers and construction/manufacturing data books\nEnsure documentation complies with required quality procedures and applicable ISO 9001 / ISO 19650 standards\nWhat We NeedGrade 12 / Matric\nDiploma, degree or formal training in Document Control, Project Information Management or Quality Management\n2-5 years’ proven Document Controller or Quality Administrator experience\nPrevious exposure to an Engineering, Construction, EPC or Renewable Energy environment strongly preferred\nStrong practical understanding of document control, revision control and technical documentation\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nExperience working with EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint or Asite\nExcellent attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy\nStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage strict project deadlines\nKnowledge or training in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 19650\nExperience preparing documentation for project completion and client
