• Strategic Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality material suppliers while maintaining strong relationships and managing ongoing vendor performance.
• Contract and Cost Negotiation: Negotiate competitive contract terms and pricing agreements, using market trends and benchmarking to drive measurable cost savings without impacting quality.
• Streamlined Procurement Operations: Manage purchase order cycles and lead times efficiently to guarantee the timely delivery of packaging and raw materials for production.
• Optimized Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and oversee replenishment processes to improve turnover rates, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess stock.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to align material procurement with demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Issue and Risk Mitigation: Swiftly resolve supplier discrepancies regarding quality, pricing, or delivery while proactively mitigating potential supply chain disruptions.
