especially negotiating and influencing\nEagerness to learn and handle responsibility\nThe capacity to handle multiple priorities\nFlexibility and commitment\nThe ability to work well under pressure\nMentors for Trainees\nGood telephone skills and experience in marketing or customer service-related roles can be advantageous.\nA driving license is a MUST.\nAPSO membership will be advantageous\nWork activities:\nNO desk fees\nNo cold Calling\nNo role over targets\nA Recruitment Consultant's role is demanding and diverse, involving:\nUsing marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts\nIdentifying and evaluating clients' recruitment needs\nNegotiating terms of employment\nInterviewing potential candidates\nPhoning existing Clients to establish new recruitment requirements\nDocumenting clients' details and vacancy requirements in detail\nClarifying and negotiating salary and benefits relating to the role\nNegotiating fees relating to work the consultant will undertake for the client\nHeadhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates\nReviewing applications, managing interviews, and considering candidates and shortlists\nMonitoring candidates once placed\nCollecting feedback from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been placed with them\nMaintaining current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets\nActing as a mentor, instructing, and training junior consultants\nAttending recruitment fairs and other events to expand the client base and develop new business\nConducting one-to-one consultations with clients -
