pre-service briefings and ensure the team is fully prepared for every service period\nCoordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery\nMonitor stock, manage requisitions, and support effective cost control\nMaintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards across all restaurant and service areas\nEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and
