Stock Management\nStock Ordering\nPlace orders with factories and other suppliers\nFollow up on orders\nManage deliveries, delivery dates and stock upon arrival\nManage stock order volumes\n Stock ReceivingReceive ordered stock\nReport delivery shortfalls, and damages\nFollow up on non-received stock\nCapture received stock on Meat Matrix\n Stock controllingDaily stock levels reporting\nRun stock depletion reports- cashiers\nBalance off with stock receiving\nManage stock levels threshold\nManage stock shrinkage: stock losses/damages/dumpings\n 2. HousekeepingStore cleanliness including, but not limited to all floors, bathrooms, office spaces, passageways, isles, packing areas, chillers, freezers, cashier till points and Deli (Hot Foods) area\nAlways maintain high level of HACCP standards throughout the store\nObserve OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety) hazards and abide by the rules and resulations of the Act.\n 3. Cash ManagementManage and assist with daily cash ups\nMinimise cash losses\nManage picking up and dropping off of cash in the store\nManage cash on ATM\nManage safety of cash movement within the store\nManage and keep the safe secure and locked at all times\n6. Customer ServiceDeliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction\nCreate a store that meets local needs by building an understanding of customer-product preferences. \nManage and analyse customer complaints to get insights for improvement of customer satisfaction\nBe the custodian of customer experience and lead brand loyalty\nResponding to customer complaints and comments promptly and accurately\nScan and analyse customer environment, purchasing patterns and initiate activities that will influence customer behaviour including attracting new and retain existing customers\n 7.
