responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through effective product knowledge and customer engagement, maintaining high merchandising standards, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales and Customer Service\nGreet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.\nAssist customers in identifying products that meet their needs.\nProvide accurate product information, including features, sizing, pricing, promotions, and care instructions.\nActively promote sales by recommending complementary products and upselling where appropriate.\nAchieve individual and store sales targets.\nResolve customer queries and escalate concerns to management when necessary.\nMerchandising\nEnsure merchandise is displayed according to company visual merchandising standards.\nReplenish stock on the sales floor as required.\nMaintain a clean, organised, and attractive shopping environment.\nEnsure products are correctly priced and ticketed.\nAssist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandising changes.\nStock Management\nReceive, unpack, and prepare stock for the sales floor.\nConduct regular stock replenishment.\nAssist with stock counts and inventory control.\nReport damaged or missing stock to management.\nMaintain an organised stockroom.\nPoint of Sale Support\nProcess customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system when required.\nHandle cash and card payments in accordance with company procedures.\nAssist with exchanges and returns following company policy.\nHousekeeping and Store Standards\nMaintain cleanliness throughout the store, fitting rooms, and stockroom.\nEnsure fitting rooms remain tidy and merchandise is returned promptly to the sales floor.\nFollow all health, safety, and security procedures.\nTeamwork\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.\nParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions.\nSupport team members during busy trading periods.\nContribute to a positive and productive work environment.\nMinimum Requirements\nGrade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.\nPrevious retail sales experience is advantageous.\nExperience in clothing or fashion retail is preferred.\nAbility to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.\nKnowledge and Skills\nStrong sales and customer service skills.\nExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood product presentation and merchandising skills.\nBasic numeracy and cash-handling ability.\nFamiliarity with POS systems is advantageous.\nAbility to work in a target-driven retail environment.\nGood
