SALES CONSULTANT
Careful Movers is looking for a confident, motivated Sales Consultant to help customers plan their moves and convert enquiries into bookings. If you’re strong at building relationships, following up and closing deals, we want to hear from you.
We provide residential, office and long-distance moving services, with a focus on reliability, care and professionalism.
Your responsibilities
Convert incoming phone, email, WhatsApp and online enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Understand customers’ moving requirements and recommend suitable services.
Prepare quotations, follow up consistently and confidently ask for the booking.
Handle price objections and explain the value of choosing Careful Movers.
Identify opportunities for additional services, including packing and storage.
Maintain accurate customer records and manage your sales pipeline.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover.
Meet and exceed sales and conversion targets.
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years’ sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Professional telephone manner and clear written communication.
Confidence using email, spreadsheets and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
A self-motivated, organised approach and consistent follow-up habits.
Experience in removals, logistics or service-based sales would be an advantage.
