quotes meet required gross profit margins\nFollow up on quotations to secure orders\nOrder Processing & Project Handover\n Convert accepted quotations into sales orders\nEnsure all client specifications, artwork, and approvals are obtained\nConduct a clear handover to project coordination / production teams\nRemain the primary point of contact for the client during project execution\nSales Administration & CRM Management\n Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, and client interactions\nUpdate CRM and sales pipelines regularly\nPrepare sales reports as required\nEnsure all documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures\nAfter-Sales Support\n Follow up post-installation to ensure client satisfaction\nAddress snags or concerns in coordination with operations\nIdentify opportunities for upselling or repeat business\nCompliance & Brand Representation\n Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and values\nRepresent the company professionally at all times\nMaintain knowledge of signage regulations, health & safety co\nQualifications Requirements\nMatric (minimum)\nRelevant sales or business qualification (advantage)\nProven sales experience (preferably in signage, printing, manufacturing,\nconstruction, branding or related industries)\nValid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client visits\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work\nAbility to stand and move around the office and factory environment as required\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry light office items or documents (up to±10 kg)\nVisual ability to work accurately with detailed financial and project information\nManual dexterity to operate office equipment (computer, printer,telephone)\nAbility to hear and respond to telephone calls and in-person communication\nAbility to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels\nAbility to
