part of a team.\nStrong interpersonal, organisational and customer relationship management skills.\n Duties and responsibilities:Maintain professional relationships and a positive company image with clients.\nAchieve monthly concrete sales volume and value targets for account and cash customers.\nMaintain and grow the client portfolio by identifying customer needs and opportunities within the assigned territory.\nPromote and price company products in accordance with pricing guidelines.\nPrepare accurate sales quotations for customers.\nPrice tenders with assistance from technical staff where required.\nAllocate customer pricing zones correctly and ensure accurate transporter payment allocations.\nGather and collate market intelligence to support strategic information and market awareness.\nLiaise with plant managers and internal sales teams regarding competitor and market information in line with customer requirements.\nAddress and resolve customer queries and problems timeously.\nFollow up daily on quotations and tenders with sales staff, customers and the broader marketplace.\nAssist the Commercial Manager with information required to finalise sales action plans.\nForecast and control the sales budget.\nMaintain and develop customer relationships to support ongoing business
