their network infrastructure.Responsibilities:\nLead and mentor a security engineering team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.\n\nDesign and implement secure network, application, and infrastructure architectures to ensure system resilience and high availability.\n\nCollaborate with various teams, including IT, DevOps, and operations, to seamlessly integrate security measures throughout the organization.\n\nEnsure security best practices are applied across the entire system development lifecycle (SDLC), including secure coding and vulnerability assessments.\n\nOversee the implementation of security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR) for real-time threat detection.\n\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams to promote security awareness and with external partners to evaluate third-party risks.\n\nConduct regular risk assessments, threat modeling, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.\n\nMonitor the organization's network for both internal and external threats.\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.\n\nDevelop and execute strategic security initiatives that align with the company's long-term business goals.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nA relevant IT Networking and Security Diploma.\n\nRequired: AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate.\n\nPreferred: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GIAC, or CEH.\n\nAt least 5 years in cybersecurity or security engineering, with 1-2 years in a leadership position.\n\nProficient with tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).\n\nAdvanced Network Security: In-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and secure network architecture.\n\nEndpoint Protection & EDR: Experience managing threats using platforms like CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.\n\nSIEM and Log Analysis: Practical training with tools like Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel for security event monitoring.\n\nPenetration Testing: Exposure to internal/external testing methodologies and tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, or OWASP ZAP.\n\nSolid understanding of operating systems, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and secure coding practices.\n\nNB: Application Deadline is 8th August
