outstanding Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with proven banking experience to join a Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) analysis and reporting team.\nThe successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI, Dataflows, ETL processes and SQL, together with the ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.\nThis role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can operate with minimal supervision, deliver high-quality reporting and data solutions, and work confidently within a professional banking environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports and data visualisations using Power BI.\n\nDevelop and manage dataflows to support reliable and efficient reporting solutions.\n\nBuild, maintain and optimise ETL processes to support data extraction, transformation and loading.\n\nWrite, troubleshoot and optimise SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis requirements.\n\nTranslate business reporting requirements into practical, accurate and scalable BI solutions.\n\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, integrity and quality across reports and dashboards.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate solutions.\n\nManage assigned deliverables independently, taking accountability for quality, timelines and outcomes.\n\nCommunicate progress, risks, technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.\n\nMaintain professional conduct and presentation appropriate to a corporate banking environment.\n\nRequirements\nNon-Negotiable Requirements\nProven banking industry experience is essential.\n\nStrong, demonstrable experience as a Senior BI Developer or in a comparable senior BI development role.\n\nHands-on Power BI experience.\n\nPractical experience with Dataflows, ETL and SQL.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and without constant micromanagement.\n\nStrong ownership, accountability and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProfessional presentation and the ability to operate confidently in a formal banking environment.\n\nAvailability to work onsite in Rosebank approximately 3 days per
