repairs.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain comprehensive records of build processes, test results, and unit modifications.\nDraft detailed reports for returned units to support client communications.\nAdmin & Workflow Assistance\nSupport the Head Technician with production planning, tracking, and inventory updates.\nHelp implement improvements to technical workflows and internal systems.\nTeam Collaboration\nWork closely with operations, engineering, and assembly staff to meet production targets and deadlines.\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts and assist with R&D activities where relevant.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nTechnical diploma or certification in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.\nProven experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and hardware testing.\nCompetence with diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.\nDesirable Skills:\nExperience with IoT, telemetry, or low-power embedded systems.\nFamiliarity with component-level repair and rework.\nInterest or background in conservation technology is a plus.\nKey Attributes:\nExcellent attention to detail and steady hands for fine
