Assisting the manager when and how it is necessary\nKey Performance Areas: Compile and distribute crime reports & statistics\nAssist & support investigators/managers/clients IRO crime information\nFeedback on requests and queries within reasonable time\nGeneral office administration duties\nTraining and mentoring of system administrators, forensic data administrators and Forensic Data\nAnalysts.\nManage and maintain client service level agreement and output expectation\nInterpret information from various systems and records and evaluate information in the context of\npossible crimes being committed\nApply analytical approaches, processes and tools to detect crime and crime trends\nConduct analysis of various data sets of standards to medium complexity and add value to\ninformation received to establish if there are reasonable grounds for disclosure to relevant\nstakeholders\nContextualize information according to clients’ needs and prepare relevant reports, including the\ncreation of charts and graphics, to explain findings in matters where there is a suspicion of crime or\nactual crime and present to clientsInterpret information from various systems and records and evaluate information in the context of\npossible crimes being committed and present to clients\nCompile expert reports to relay findings in relation to analyses processes followed and implemented.\nAttend crime combatting forums and represent company/division at meetings with clients\nAssist and support in the investigation, arrest and prosecution of perpetrators\nAttend product- and skills workshops as and when required\nProvide expert testimony on work performed at judicial hearings\nCorrect and address matters where quality problems are observed or identified in the respective\napplications, products and project outputs\nAssist in the development of crime prevention and risk mitigating strategies\nEstablish and maintain industry relationships and networks to leverage cross collaboration and\ninformation sharing\nSuccessful translation of client requirements into actionable outputs using available tools or\nrecommending new ones, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Additional KPIs involve timely project\nexecution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of high-quality, compliant reports and outputs\nwhich may inform decision making\n Skills and Experience: MS office programs proficiency (advanced)\nExperience in report writing and presentation skills\nAttention to detail\nAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment\nExcellent written, verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills\nDependable, work independently, meticulous and precise\nWell versed in observing problem-solving skills)\nAbility to nurture beneficial business relations\n Minimum Requirements: Academic Qualification: Bachelors’ degree/Diploma in relation to subjects such as Criminology/Police\nScience/Policing/Statistics and Research Methodology/Data science etc.\nMS office programs proficiency (advanced)\nWorking experience in any of the following fields: Law enforcement/intelligence/risk\nmanagement/crime information environment/crime analysis\nReport writing and presentation skills\nExperience in maintaining and integrating 3rd party systems on CiiMS\nMinimum of 14 years’ experience in forensic data analysis\nMinimum of 14 years’ experience in compiling and dealing with crime statistical reports\nWorking knowledge/training in data analysis applications, tools, and systems will be an advantage\nExperience/training in CiiMS/Analyst Notebook/Power BI/Google Earth and/or other analytical tools\nwill be an advantage\nExcellent communication and client relations skills\nAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high\npressure environment\nAbility to plan, organize and supervise the work of others\nExcellent written, verbal communication\nDependable, work independently, meticulous, and precise\nLeadership and management skills\nAbility to nurture beneficial business relations\nRequired
