Configuration: Configure and manage routers, firewalls, and switches.\nDisaster Recovery Planning: Configure and document failover/disaster recovery plans.\nNetwork Monitoring: Ensure and document network logging and monitoring systems.\nIncident Tracking: Log incidents and resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base.\nApplication Testing Support: Assist with testing new software releases.\nSoftware/Hardware Expertise: Maintain expertise in standard software and hardware.\nUser Training: Provide individual and group instruction on equipment and software.\nProject Support: Assist with project information and provide updates to the Network Manager.\nMinimum Requirements:\nSelf-Management: Ability to work independently and deliver on projects.\nTechnical Aptitude: Thirst
