This role requires an assertive, practical delivery leader who can engage directly with C-suite executives and take ownership of delivery in a lean environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead HR Shared Services projects from initiation and planning through implementation and handover.\n\nWork with stakeholders to define scope, business outcomes, requirements and delivery priorities.\n\nCoordinate HR, shared services, technology, business teams and external partners.\n\nManage project plans, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.\n\nCoordinate process changes and supporting system activities across affected teams.\n\nDrive testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing where applicable.\n\nSupport change management, communications, training and operational readiness.\n\nEngage executive sponsors, providing clear reporting and securing timely decisions.\n\nResolve delivery obstacles and hold stakeholders and delivery teams accountable.\n\nEnsure completed changes are documented and transferred into operational support.\n\nEssential Requirements\nAt least seven years of project management experience with a proven record of delivering complex initiatives.\n\nExperience delivering HR, shared services, business process transformation or related enterprise systems projects.\n\nProven experience delivering for CIO or other C-suite executive sponsors.\n\nStrong stakeholder management across business and technology functions.\n\nAbility to coordinate process, system, testing and change activities.\n\nConfidence challenging constructively, managing competing priorities and driving decisions.\n\nA practical, hands-on approach, including taking responsibility for activities beyond traditional project management duties.\n\nStrong governance, planning, risk management and communication skills.\n\nWillingness to work onsite four days per week and accommodate executive schedules.\n\nPreferred Experience\nRetail experience is highly valued.\n\nExperience with HR service delivery improvements, process standardisation or shared services transformation.\n\nCandidates without retail experience must demonstrate strong executive engagement and delivery experience, ideally on CIO-sponsored
