are looking for a Site Engineer to lead our facilities, maintenance, utilities and site services functions.\nIn this role, you will ensure equipment reliability, operational uptime and a safe, compliant work environment, while driving maintenance systems and engineering improvement initiatives across the site.\nYou will play a critical role in supporting automation, managing infrastructure, and delivering technical projects that enable efficient and scalable operations.\nKey Responsibility Areas:\n\nLead all equipment maintenance and reliability initiatives\nImplement preventive and planned maintenance systems\nManage machine breakdowns and root cause problem solving\nSupport automation, PLC systems and production technology\nOversee site utilities (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water systems)\nManage facilities, infrastructure and contractor services\nEnsure site compliance with safety, GMP and operational standards\nOversee site services (security, cleaning, waste, pest control)\nLead engineering and continuous improvement projects\nSupport equipment installation, commissioning and optimisation\nImplement and manage CMMS / maintenance systems\nDevelop maintenance KPIs and reporting systems\nRequirements\nExperience:\nMinimum 5-8 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment\nStrong experience with automated equipment and systems\nExperience with PLCs, sensors, drives and control systems\nExperience implementing maintenance systems\nExperience managing technical projects and contractors\nFMCG / cosmetics / pharmaceutical experience advantageous\nKnowledge:\nPLC programming and troubleshooting\nMechanical and electrical fault finding\nPreventive and planned maintenance systems\nFacilities and utilities management\nRoot cause analysis and continuous improvement\nTechnical documentation and SOP development\nMaintenance KPIs and reporting systems\nOther Details/Experience/Requirements:\nDegree in Mechatronic Engineering or related field\nExposure to automation and industrial systems\nStrong project management capability\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nHigh level of accountability and ownership\nWillingness to provide after-hours support when
