workforce\nAssist in planning project schedules, materials procurement, and resource allocation\nConduct quality checks and tests on construction materials\nMaintain accurate records of site activities, changes, and progress.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering\nProven experience in site supervision and construction management (5-8 years), specifically at Food Manufacturing Plants\nExcellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations\nProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills\nStrong communication and leadership abilities\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines\nFamiliarity with safety and quality standards in construction\nExperience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial
