The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce management, employee relations, payroll administration, client liaison, and ensuring seamless service delivery to the client.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and supervise a large contingent workforce deployed to the client site.\nAct as the primary liaison between the client, employees, and the recruitment agency.\nCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and placement of warehouse staff.\nPrepare and manage employee rosters in line with operational requirements and client demands.\nMonitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, productivity, and workforce performance.\nAccurately compile, verify, and submit weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll processing.\nEnsure all payroll submissions are completed within the required deadlines.\nInvestigate and resolve payroll-related queries, including hours worked, leave, overtime, and wage discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.\nConduct disciplinary hearings, investigations, counselling sessions, and grievance procedures.\nEnsure compliance with labour legislation, BCEA, LRA, client requirements, and company policies.\nHandle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support to all site-based staff.\nConduct regular site audits and workforce assessments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service delivery standards are consistently achieved.\nCompile and submit weekly and monthly operational, HR, and payroll reports.\nSupport workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures on site.\nMinimum Requirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field.\n3-5 years' experience within a Recruitment Agency, TES (Temporary Employment Services), Labour Broker, Warehousing, Logistics, or Manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of South African labour legislation and industrial relations processes.\nProven experience managing timesheets, payroll submissions, employee rosters, and payroll query resolution.\nExperience managing high-volume temporary and contract workforces.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, payroll systems,
