You will collaborate with team members to implement designs, improve user experiences, and deliver high-quality front-end solutions.\nWhat you'll be doing\nFront-End Engineering\nBuild and maintain user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Angular, React, and React Native.\nOptimize applications for performance and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.\nImplement UI/UX designs in collaboration with designers and ensure consistency with design specifications.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.\nDebug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functionality of front-end components.\nWork closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.\nCollaboration\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to project planning and team discussions.\nCommunicate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver features on time.\nDocumentation\nDocument front-end components and workflows for future reference and team knowledge sharing.\nEssential skills you'll bring to the table\nThe necessary skills that we require for this role include:\n2-4 years of experience in front-end development using Angular, React, and React Native.\nProficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\nUnderstanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform development.\nExperience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).\nFamiliarity with testing tools such as Jest or Cypress.\nExperience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nDesirable skills you've got up your sleeve\nIt would be great if you also have some of the following skills:\nExposure to mobile application development using React Native.\nFamiliarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).\nBasic knowledge of build tools such as Webpack or Babel.\nUnderstanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).\nA good understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.\nA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nOur values are non-negotiables\nOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
