Solutions Architect

Job Description:

As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will define architecture strategies, integration frameworks, and cloud-based solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. You will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12+ years' experience in IT with at least 6 years in Solution Architecture within Banking or Financial Services
• Proven experience delivering large-scale banking transformation projects
• Strong domain expertise in Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Fraud Management, or Financial Services platforms
• Experience designing enterprise, cloud-native, microservices, and API-led architectures
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments
• Strong understanding of integration technologies, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and modern middleware platforms
• Experience with data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, real-time data streaming, and analytics solutions
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, and responsible AI governance within regulated environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Master's Degree is advantageous
• TOGAF Certification preferred
• AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certification preferred
