PromoShop admin\nReview operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfilment\nVerify orders received from clients\nCollate list orders and submit to MSSI for approval\nSubmit approved list to stock coordinator for processing\nKeep register of weekly orders\nLiaising with MSSI and updating register of reps and brokers regularly\nSubmit orders for new stock to supplier\nLiaise with Payroll for deductions o List commission deductions on relevant platform, ensure accuracy of information provided vs order forms and submit before cut off to Payroll o Recon deductions by comparing Payroll report and deduction sheet submitted\nConduct price checks regularly with promo form vs supplier invoice\nCollate supporting documentation for payments\nManage processing of payments\nAssist with telephonic enquiries/requests from SMs\nMaintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts\nCheck and approve control sheet for Facilities as soon as MSSI has approved orders\nMonitor condition of storeroom\nReview documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies\nMonitor received stock from suppliers, if quantities are checked and do random quality control of products\nTroubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records\nMonitor non-delivery of parcels to the branches\nMonitor rotation of content of promo display cabinet\nManage stock take in July and December with Finance\nTrack rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions\nPerform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock\nOversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines\nManage critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock\nDevelop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.\n2. Liaison with sales and employees\nSupport marketing strategies as identified. Identify the promotional items against prize, availability and suitability.\nBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholder\nIdentify relevant role players through networking efforts\nRespond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; process orders for shipment\nCommunicate relevant issues to stakeholder\nAdvertise specials\nNotify SMs and all involved of closures of PromoShop\nDeal with enquiries on deliveries or shortages of stock\nDeal with special requests pertaining to projects\nUpdate SMs re the status of their reps' and brokers' orders or if order was declined\nManage projects as agreed with role-players\nSource products for special projects and meet deadlines\nInvestigate new stock items for the PromoShop\nSource replacement stock if items are discontinued from supplier\n3. Stock ordering, management and forecasting\nResearch and determine trends\nManage & implement projects\nInvestigate new stock items and source replacement stock when items are discontinued\nCollect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities\nFacilitate logistical arrangements\nCheck monthly invoice vs delivery notes received\nDevelop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs\nStatistical analysis of stock, purchases and relevant trends\nIdentify discrepancies & process adjustments\nManage applications & approval process\n4. Statistical Analysis\nCollect, interpret and analyze information pertaining to the stock in the PromoShop\nPrepare reports and share with manager\nPrepare, maintain, monitor and report on budget\nPrepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management\n5.
