actionable insights and support business decision-making.\nData Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources into databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.\nBusiness Intelligence: Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs, developing and optimizing reports and dashboards.\nDatabase Optimization: Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance improvements, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage.\n ETL Processes: Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data across systems and ensure data quality.\nReporting: Develop and deliver regular reports and ad-hoc data analysis to meet business requirements.\nCollaboration: Collaborate with other developers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.\nDocumentation: Write clear technical documentation for queries, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.\nTroubleshooting: Identify and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, and other technical challenges related to SQL and data processes.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nSQL Expertise: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.\nData Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nBusiness Intelligence Tools: Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is preferred.\nETL Development: Experience in developing and optimizing ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, or custom SQL-based solutions.\nDatabase Management: Proficient in database design, management, and optimization, with a solid understanding of indexing, query optimization, and normalization.\nData Warehousing: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques is advantageous.\nExperience in Analytics: Experience in generating analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on SQL queries and business data.\nVersion Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.\nProblem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially with complex data queries and performance issues.\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present data insights clearly.\nDesirable Skills:\nProgramming Knowledge: Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or JavaScript for data manipulation or integration is a plus.\nCloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for database and data pipeline management.\nAgile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.\nBig Data Technologies: Exposure to big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases is beneficial.\nEducation & Qualifications:\nDegree/Diploma: A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is
