TAX PAYROLL MANAGER (GLOBAL)

• We are looking for an experienced Payroll Tax Manager to lead and coordinate payroll tax department.
• This is a key leadership role, responsible for maintaining, developing and implementing tax payroll strategy, ensuring full regulatory compliance at all times when processing per country payroll, and managing a team that keeps our payroll tax operations accurate, confidential, and running smoothly.
• You will be managing multiple tax payroll files across the globe.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in international payroll tax compliance, including multi-country

payroll operations

o Strong working knowledge of cross-border tax regulations, tax treaties, and totalization agreements

o Experience with expatriate/inpatriate tax issues (shadow payroll, tax equalization, hypothetical tax

calculations)

o Familiarity with statutory withholding, social security, and reporting requirements across multiple

jurisdictions (e.g., EU, UK, APAC, Americas)

o Experience managing relationships with in-country payroll providers, tax authorities, and external

consultants

o Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Payspace, Numbrs) and tax compliance software

o Understanding of permanent establishment risk and its payroll tax implications

o Knowledge of year-end tax reporting and reconciliation processes across countries

o Strong analytical skills for interpreting and applying changing international tax legislation

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field (CPP, CPA, or international payroll certification a plus)

o Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines across time zones

o Union and CBA payroll processing and reporting
