(SLAs).\n\nProvide end-to-end operational and technical support, including advice on IT projects.\n\nOversee IT project implementation and resourcing.\n\nDrive the deployment of new applications in the regional office.\n\nLead technical support for VCAV solutions.\n\nDocument and maintain IT-related procedures.\n\nParticipate in the IT Operations
