The Software Development Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working onenterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET Core development stack.\nThe Software Development Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and\nmentorship.\nResponsibilities:\n\nExecuting full lifecycle software development (SDLC).\nGuide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.\nProvide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.\nMaintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.\nIdentify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.\nCollaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design,\ndevelop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on primarily Microsoft\ntechnologies.\nAssist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories,\nestimates and work plans.\nPrepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of\nsoftware.\nDesign, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.\nParticipate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.\nPackage and support deployment of releases.\nWork with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies.\nDevelop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.\nAnalyze and resolve technical and application problems.\nPerforming after-hours checks on systems, processes, and application results as per support schedules\nto ensure advance warning on any issues and to resolve any such issues before business resumes.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.\nYou seek to facilitate the proper design and implementation of software.\nKnowledge of coding languages, systems, patterns, and methodologies: Knowledge of coding languages, systems, patterns, and methodologies: - C# - MS SQL;
