\nProvide strategic oversight of factory equipment, manufacturing technologies, testing facilities, and production engineering processes.\nQuality and Compliance - Ensure compliance with applicable quality, environmental, health and safety, and product certification standards.\nWork closely with the Quality Department to investigate technical issues, implement corrective actions, and reduce warranty claims.\nClient & Stakeholder Engagement - Liaise with engineering/development teams of client, contractors and suppliers to develop and implement required new technologies.\nDeliver technical support in the factory and on client’s sites and coordinate with technical support teams to implement corrective and preventative measures.\nProvide high-level technical consultation to key clients, ensuring solutions meet strategic needs.\nProject & Operations Oversight - Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations.\nAfter-Sales, Service & Technical Support\n Qualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HVACR Engineering (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)\nProfessional engineering registration (ECSA or equivalent) -
