The role focuses on integrating operational technology (OT), applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise platforms into a secure, reliable and supportable solution.\nThe successful candidate will lead architecture reviews, coordinate technical teams, resolve cross-platform integration challenges and ensure solutions meet performance, security, availability and disaster recovery requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead architecture and design reviews, defining standards, principles and acceptance criteria.\nOversee architecture decisions, technical risks, exceptions, technical debt and remediation actions.\nEnsure solution designs and supplier deliverables align with approved architecture.\nCoordinate design discussions with delivery partners, OEMs, vendors, security teams and operational stakeholders.\nAssess architectural changes for security, performance, availability, data integrity, capacity and disaster recovery impacts.\nProvide architectural oversight of integrations between OT devices, applications, Kafka, SAP and enterprise integration platforms.\nDefine production-readiness, monitoring, service continuity and operational support requirements.\nCoordinate networking, DNS, routing, proxies, whitelisting, firewall rules, certificates and service accounts.\nInvestigate and resolve technical issues across applications, ThingWorx, Commander Platform, APIs, integration services, infrastructure and OT devices.\nCoordinate technical changes across application, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, integration and vendor teams.\nLead cross-platform incident triage using logs, traces, network testing and configuration analysis.\nCoordinate the integration of alerts and incidents into OSSI and ServiceNow.\nSupport security monitoring integration with Azure Sentinel and Cortex XSIAM.\nCoordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, SAST and DAST, including remediation, retesting and release evidence.\nCoordinate application and integration participation in disaster recovery failover and failback testing.\nOversee OT integration dependencies involving PLCs, Weight meters, Edge Devices, Gates and site networks.\nMaintain accurate architecture documentation, configuration inventories, interface specifications, troubleshooting guides and operational runbooks.\nQualifications & Experience:\n8+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise integration or technical solution delivery.\nSenior experience leading large, multi-vendor and multi-technology programmes through design, implementation, commissioning and operational transition.\nProven experience in architecture governance, design reviews, exception management and technical decision-making.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise integration, OT/IT convergence, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure and disaster recovery.\nHands-on technical troubleshooting experience across networks, APIs, messaging platforms, proxies and security technologies.\nExperience coordinating technical teams across application, infrastructure, network and operational technology environments.\nStrong technical documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.\nTOGAF 9 or higher certification.\nCCIE-level expertise or equivalent
