The candidate must have a solid work ethic, be able to work under deadline, engage and collaborate with team members/management and be able to follow directions and respect department /\ncorporate policies.\nMinimum Requirements:\nLead scrum teams: define product vision, roadmap, growth, and stakeholder communication.\nAnalyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals with internal/external contacts.\nServe as product ambassador: share knowledge, answer questions, conduct demos and training.\nResearch new feature requirements and tech specs, manage UX/UI process.\nConceptualize, develop, and own components of the WTAX technology product roadmap (Salesforce, Microservices, etc.).\nAssess, manage, and prioritize the product backlog (Jira).\nEngage with business leaders/SMEs to translate business needs into technical plans.\nManage internal/external development teams/partners for timely, quality delivery.\nProvide regular progress, risk, and bottleneck reports to the technology steering committee.\nActively mitigate roadblocks to team success in releases/sprints.\nRun proofs of concept for new tools and technologies.\nRun design sessions with development teams to select optimal technical solutions.\nNurture an Agile culture focused on continuous, rapid delivery of valuable software.\nDesign, develop, and implement test plans;
