What you’ll be doing

Lead and manage the Technical Services team.
Drive research and development of new and existing products.
Optimise formulations to improve quality and reduce costs.
Manage technical projects from concept through implementation.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and branches.
Investigate product-related complaints and implement corrective actions.
Deliver technical training to customers, sales teams and internal staff.
Maintain technical documentation and formulation packages.
Develop and mentor technical staff.

Liaise with suppliers, licensors and industry partners to stay abreast of new technologies.
Promote continuous improvement, innovation and Green Technology initiatives

What you'll need

BSc Chemistry (or equivalent relevant qualification)
Strong technical leadership
