Harness your expertise to shape transformative data solutions within a dynamic, forward-looking organization dedicated to innovation in the insurance and management sectors. This role offers a strategic platform to influence enterprise-wide data architecture, drive modernization initiatives, and elevate decision-making through advanced analytics.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Architect scalable, cloud-native data platforms using Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure SQL, Synapse, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, and Databricks.

  • Lead data modernization projects by replacing legacy systems with agile, cloud-based solutions.

  • Govern data lifecycle and ensure compliance with POPIA, GDPR, and internal standards.

  • Enable advanced business intelligence and analytics through Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

  • Provide architectural guidance for application development and integration, supporting .NET and data solutions.

  • Champion automation, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, integrating infrastructure-as-code and automated workflows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align data architecture with strategic business goals.

  • Mentor and develop team talent, fostering a high-performance data architecture function.

  • Maintain data quality, observability, and governance through tools such as Azure Log Analytics, Purview, and Application Insights.
